Online Shop of Leocopter – Air Services


Prices & Payment

All prices published are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (7.7 %).

Prices are subject to changes at any time without notices. Changes are not to be applied for pending orders.

Payments can be done either using “cash in advance” or “PayPal” option. Orders will be shipped as soon the total amount due has been paid in full.


Reservation of Ownership

All ordered goods remain the property of Leocopter Air Services until payment is received in full. Without the explicit consent of Leocopter Air Services, no pledging, transferring of security, processing or modifications is permitted prior to the transfer of ownership.


Order change or cancellation

With the completion of an order the customer accept the products and services. Leocopter Air Services may, at its own discretion, accept subsequent order changes or cancellations by the customer and invoice an inconvenience charge of 10% of the cancelled order value, but no less than CHF 20.–, as well as any value loss of the ordered products.


In the event of (partial) inability to deliver (condition leading to termination) after order placement, the customer is informed either by e-mail or status notification in the account of the customer. If the customer has already made the payment, the amount is refunded. If no payment has been made, the customer is exempted from the obligation to pay the amount due. Further claims for delivery delay or delivery failure are excluded.



Shipping will be done either with Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland and UPS (or similar agency) for the rest of the world.

Customers can choose from a standard and express delivery option while completing the shopping card. For partial deliveries, no extra shipping charges will apply.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, insurance and transportation to the delivery address given in the shopping cart.



All articles in stock ordered until 19.00 (UTC-1) are prepared and shipped within 3 business days. Articles that have to be restocked are dependent on manufactures or suppliers with their own delivery time. Expected delivery dates will be notified in the customers account in the section “My Orders” in the corresponding order.


The customers is obliged to immediately inspect the delivered or collected products for correctness, completeness and potential transport damage.


The customer shall inform Leocopter Air Services of any defects, or false or incomplete deliveries, immediately after detection thereof and within 3 (three) calendar days after receipt of the delivery/collection at the latest. Thereafter, the delivery is considered approved. The customer is aware that this information needs to be given via the section “My order” in his/her personal customer account. The customer must retain the product in the condition it was delivered in and may not use it. The customer must follow the instructions for the returns process as described in “Return Policy”.


Returning Policy

Leocopter Air Services grant the right to return ordered products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from their dispatch or collection.


Customers must send a return notification of a product in their personal customer account under the section “My orders”. The customer can choose from an entire return of the order or a selective return of articles – a relevant comment has to be given by the customer. Once the status of the order change to “Exception” a return according to the following instructions is given:

The products, together with all accessories, must be properly packed and returned in their original packaging. Damaged products cannot be returned or will be fully invoiced to the customer, respectively. Return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer unless the return is based on a false, defected or incomplete delivery from Leocopter Air Services.


Should customers exercise their right of return according to the above-mentioned return conditions, Leocopter Air Services shall refund the total purchase price with the exception of any minimum order surcharge paid. Leocopter Air Services may refuse a refund if the articles returned are not in good conditions or used.


Warranty – Basic provisions

Leocopter Services warrants free from defects and fully functions based on the type of article:


Garment Articles

Merchandise: Leocopter Air Services warrants only from defects of the garment or refinement for unworn articles. No additional warranty is provided.

Special products: Basically, the warranty conditions of manufacturers apply. Leocopter Air Services is not obligated to provide further warranty, services or to pay for losses or expenses incurred. Leocopter Air Services is going to act as the mediator for any claims from the customer.


Non-Garment articles

For all articles in this section the warranty of the manufacturer or provider fully apply. Some manufacturer require to register a product to activate the warranty of the product.

Defective products must be returned in a professional package so that no additional damage occurs. Warranty services can only be granted if the defective product was purchased from Leocopter Air Services.

Customers are also entitled to handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer whereas provides as international warranty.


Place of Jurisdiction and applicable law

All legal relations between Leocopter Air Services and customers as well as disputes are exclusively subject to Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction that applies is Zug, Switzerland.The customer expressly declares that, subject to waiving his ordinary place of residence, he will submit to the place of jurisdiction agreed here.
